When i washed my car last week I noticed some small bits where the paint has chipped off due to stone damage! A couple of the bits are starting to get some surface rust on it so I decided to go buy some paint and a touch up pen! Problem is i cant find my color anywhere!
So does anyone know where i can get a Quartz colored touch up pen? Nowhere ive been sells it, has it in the catalouge or can tell me where to get it!

While im here, any tips for touching up the paint, my attempts to patch up my XE looked pretty dodgy, especially on the bonnet where the heat had cracked the shit out of the paint! I ended up spraying the while thing (bonnet). Theres a nice big Keyscratch down the passanger side and a scrape on the bumper bar (both thanks to the same crazy bitch) that im not too sure how to approach!

Well touch-up paints you can get from Ford @$10 for a tiny little bottle, but at least they're in the right colours.....
Just use some 1200 grit sandpaper to smooth off the edges on the chips, so they're not so visible after painting.
Other than that, you could get the car resprayed :)

How much "minor" work can you do?

I too have some minor blemishes on the EA, and one is starting to look like it might be turning into a rust spot. I'd like to keep the car looking really schmick, and considered getting a new paint job. At $5000 though, it will be some time before I'd get a complete new paint job.

So can you get rid of minor spots, scratches, etc, without making the repair really obvious?

$10 From Ford, thats ok, i was expecting alot more! People have been tellin me its expensive from Ford but no1 could gimme a price! I was yet to get off my ass and go down there to Find out for myself! Thanx man! :)
