It's called pearl. You would be better off spraying it in 2 pack, however it is also available in Acrylic.
There are a number of methods in which the paint can be applied, which determines how the finished product turns out.
You will firstly need a basecoat color, which is the actual color of the car, however, metalic in the basecoat will have a negative effect on the pearl coat.
You will then need to spray the pearl layers, adding more coats for an increased effect, and then a clear coat.
I used this method on my audio installation panels. The paint is purple in normal light, and green in sun light.
It costs probably about $100 extra on top of a normal re-spray, however, it comes with it's dis-advantages.
