hey guys i want to get myself some paint to match my truck the problem is on the door jam the label that says what the code is has 2 different letter codes.
right under paint is 2 letters and then off to the right their are 2 more letters which 2 are the correct ones to use.
my truck is gold in color and is all one color not 2 tone.
i can take a pic if you dont understand what i am trying to say.

are the first two letters UA?
what are the other two letters?

no dude it aint an aussie color.
you wont believe me but ill tell you anyway the letters are the same as my initials, BA
and the 2 letters off to the right are RU.
i guess i could always ask at the autoparts store where they sell paint.
i want to get a wiper cowl and colormatch it and also i am thinking about colormatching the contour bug shield on the front.

I read the wrong thing. UA was just an example on http://www.paintscratch.com. Sorry my mistake.
it says BA is "Light Prairie Tan Metallic Clearcoat".
i don't know what the RU is for. It doesnt have anything about RU.
Have a look yourself. Just select your make and yr model.
