I have a full tickford bodykit on my EL Fairmont and the rear bumper appears to be sagging a bit, as is evident by the increasing gap between the quarter panel and the rear bumper.

Does anyone know how to get to the bolts that hold the rear bumper in position so that I can re-align the thing?

..unsecrew the inner guard and mudflaps.You'll see a 10mm bolt..take that out too..lift your carpet in the boot and you will see 4 oval shaped rubber bungs on each side.. pop them out and you will spot 4 14mm or 16mm (can't remember) bolts.. undo them and then remove the bar. When you slide it back on make sure you get the clips on either side to slide into the guides...It sounds like the the clips on the sides of the bar have come out the runners....

EDIT: make sure you unplug the rear number plate light too
