dunno specifically but I would be very confident that the skin and sub frames can be replaced all as separate items. Quarters are usually sold as a spare which means they are usually spot welded or glued on the assembly line.
Replacing a roof skin in any case is easiest done by drilling the spots out and lifting the skin off.
Pull the hood liner and the spots may be visible without too much looking.
Repairing a roof and getting it flat is basically impossible. It will show the repair in a few years.
