hey,
i have a 94 ed ghia and the strips are broken in some points i have tbeen thinking and i think the car would look better if i remove them. what substance should i use to remove the 12 year old stripes??

Eucaliptis oil (spelling)and or a hair dryer

will the oil take of the adhesive left after you take the stripes off ?

if you have any glue left on the paint you can use wax and grease remover to get it off

I have used the Eucalyptus oil in a spray to remove old stickers and some badges and have found it to work well...

i took of one side of the car, but its hard to see the difference in the pics. i think the car looks alot neater and cleaner without so it was worth it.
