usually its the outside that tyrns yellow. apparently its caused from driving in the rain with the lights on or something. the heat of the lights and the water kinda cook the lense.

well its one hell of a plastic cleaner,it shines up youre lights real good, the yellow look goes but in my case the film look remains but it did improve the look 100%,so i think ill do the wet and dry thing still but ill clean em with this stuff every wash.i found it good for plastic bumpers where bugs are stuck as well.

Re: remove the yellow from youre headlights without sanding
well i used the plexus on all of my plastic bits on the car and it made bug removal so easy, and apparently if you spray it on after a wash the next lot of bugs virtually hose off.
i also did my lights today cos as i said the plexus took the yellow off but they were still a bit ruff and had a bit of a film.i rubbed with 800 till smooth, then with the 1200 for a bit.i then buffed with my buffer and scratch x.one came up great but the other not as good but still 300% better than bfore i started yesterday with the plexus so i think ill do em again in a week but use cutting compound instead of the scratch x.ill certainly be finishing with the plexus cos i reckon that it will help keep the yellow away as well.

Here is a tip from the plastics industry... Brasso, no kidding, does a teriffic job
of polishing plastics, small tin goes a long way too.
When you have finished polishing give them a coat of RainX to stop the bugs from sticking.
