Question Replacing a bumper for a 2001 F-150

How hard is it to take off/put on a bumper? If I were to call around to the local junk yards and find a bumper in good condition, would I be able to go and take it off? Are there any special tools required? Is there a walk-through somewhere that you guys could direct me to? Thanks in advance for your time.

Re: Replacing a bumper...

When I needed my rear bumper replaced I think it took no more than 5 minutes to take out a couple of bolts/screws and have the thing sitting on the ground in no time. (Thats for an AUII in case your wondering.)
