Hey does anyone know of anyone in sydney or melbourne who would be able to paint my fathers XF. He wants like a show quality finish and will pay just about anything with in reason. We are not having much luck in our area (just out of sydney), as no one seems to have faith in their own work.

Well hope someone can recommend someone, so the project can finally start to get finished.

There's a painter that subbies to Boxalls Automotive 02 96367600. This place painted my GTS-R which went on to win best factory muscle car Elite class at the Summernats along with a Top 80 trophy. Not bad for an everyday paint job. I've seen some of this new painter's work and his reputation is well deserved (he was apparently teaching at TAFE etc before). I recommend having a talk. The boss of Boxalls is Glenn. Ask him if he has any yellow paint from that GTS-R left.....

Another top panel shop is Panel One at Alexandria. I saw an M3 CSL they painted in the original grey colour and the paint was utterly flawless. They're a BMW recommended and authorised shop.
