The great thing is, he took out a different car today. How do some people get licences?

Well I was at Bob Jane checking out tyres, he's come in to do a delivery and ****ed it up.

He couldn't find me so he left his number with the tyre place and I got it off them. Gave him a call and it looks like he wants to play hard ball. Hah, I've got two ex-traffic cop parents. I'll find a loophole somewhere.

I would have thought it doesnt matter where you are parked, unless it was a bus zone and a bus hit you, he hit your car, you did not hit him, so he has to pay up, illegla park or not does not give the right to just damage some one elses property, well thats my opinion, a hypothetical to the local police is order me thinks.

Well I got off the phone to the cops, he reckons it'd depend on the judge.

Though I put Karl's scenario forward, about smashing up a car in a no standing zone, he said that'd be willful destruction. I'll try that one if it falls through.

thats gotta s*** ya rob. damn truck drivers one day this will probably happen to me because where i work the armstrong training center is there and L plater trucks are always comming down my the street. if you do have to fix the car your self there is an EB GLi at pick a part cambelfeild the exact same colour as yours would save you respraying another guard.
