Hi all, anyone got any clues on rectifying the rollers on the tailgate window winder mechanism? They're made out of plastic and when they perish there's no facility to replace the rollers. Its a tad frustrating!

You would need to drill them out to replace them. Not sure if GT Ford Performance or Rare Spares stock tailgate ones, but I'm pretty sure you can get the normal side window regulator rollers. These can be re-rivetted in. May be worthwhile looking at this option if the rollers are the same size. A trip to the wreckers will confirm size.
