Ok guys, I need to know roughly how much an XF s pac front bumper costs from the wreckers, I am in need of a new one due to a little incident today.

Also, If i get a bumper that is a different colour to mine, what is the best way to paint it? Could i strip the old paint off it and then spray a couple of coats of touch up paint on, or would that look too dodgy? Would it be better to get a professional to do it?

Can pick up a 2nd hand bumper for around $80-$100...less if you lucky. If its not the right colour, sand it back with 200..then primer with plastic primer, (makes the paint flexible on plastic) then spray your selected colour.
