3.45 Diff Into A EA Falcon(Auto) will it work?

I was just wondering what was involved in putting a 3.45 xr6 diff in my ea. I know you should have upper and lower trailing arms, Tail shaft( does a EB tailshaft Go into an EA 4spd Box?), diff and axels. I was also wondering if you need to change the computer? and finally will it affect my spedo (diff is currently 2.77 single spinner)? replys Are greatly appreciated. I can get all the gear I need for the conversion for $600. Thanks in advance!

If the 3.45 is out of an EB-ED then you will be ok, but I understand the top trailing arms have to be customised for the bush mountings, the bottom ea trailing arms can be used, the tail shaft will fit straight into the back of the gearbox no problem. you just need to get a different gearbox gear sender cog to correct the speedo it is avaliable from ford for about $20
