Considering I have an estimated 9,000 E-Series images in my archive, I thought it would be a good idea to post up a few of the most interesting pictures. Many of the images will be familiar to veteran members, others will not. If there's any interest, I can pull together quite a few more 'top 5' lists. 1: EL Falcon drag car
Happened to see this car on the Full Boost web site, and it looks to be in something of a hurry.
The photo was taken at the Willowbank Raceway, Queensland.
2: EA Falcon drag car
I recall being sent this picture some time ago, but no further details have emerged.
3: EB Falcon?
This picture was on a website gmanEA directed me to, but I forget the name of. Doesn't look terribly stock.
4: EL Fairmont
Adrian Vella's beast, as seen on the site many times. I took this picture myself on one of our many Heathcote expeditions. The car is powered by a monster turbo, and has run a best of 10.2 despite retaining its original luxury interior.
5: EA Falcon
For something a little different, this picture was taken from the saloon car racing site. Here, handling is as critical as straight-line speed.
