He,
Looking at buying this ea xr6 Just wondering if anyone in the Ipswich (QLD)area might recognise the car and give me a bit more background on it so i know what I might be in for.
mate thats a mockup bitsa
it has ghia rims
xr6 kit mixed with the GT kit
and looking at what i can see its def a EA 1988-1991
depending on the condition etc if its got engine mods or they claim its a xr6 look at the engine look for the tickford logo on the head and even in that case it could be a ea block?
going by the pic if the cars nice i wouldnt pay more then 2500
coming from ipswich make sure its not a thrashed car (i know what they do most of there time up that way)
good luck.

Wouldn't you love to say that about your car?You loosers
I knew it wasn't genuine xr6 it does have tickford motor in it i checked the serial number on the block it has tickford head also. i was just wondering wether or not anyone could recognise the car and give me some history on it as it came from an auction. It has the 4.0 litre engine which even if it wasn't tickford it's still the better pick of the EA's. Thanks for the reply's guys and as for the price I managed to pick it up for $2100 with a heap of spares.
ea's are ea's
