confused Da 9 inch Diff debate on a e series falcon

On my way to a family friends house me and my old man had an arguement he claims that you can put a 9inch diff into a stock 6 cylinder falcon.I argued that the diff is to big and that the shaft wont be able to turn it.am wrong as always, or is my dad wrong???????

Well it will turn it,
but the horsepower required to turn a 9 inch would make the effort a total waste of time.
In a 6 pot, stick with the borgwarners. Esp if you can get your hands on a 198mm crown and 4 pinion LSD unit.

you can fit a 9" diff to an e series, but i would imagine you would have to get the suspension mount welded in the right place

240rwkw slug.
