hi all
ive been driving my 1990 ea falcon for almost a year now, and for the past three months i have noticed that when it is on gas, i cant always floor it to pick up speed or overtake someone because the engine cuts out. the problem doesnt happen when running on petrol. this becomes an extremely interesting proposition when i try to overtake someone on gas, get alongside them and realise i no longer have any power under my foot and a massive b-double is heading my way. i have just had my auto fixed, so no problem there, although it is still very clunky when it changes from 2nd to 3rd. can anyone provide any clues as to what the problem may be and why it only occurs on gas.

well; i find the same prob mate but i think thats just one of the down falls of using gas its much more afishent but u get some power lose over petrol im no xpert but thats wut i find u loose the kick down unlease u tune ur car to pure gas
