Question does it.....

does my new brake calipers need time to settle in? there on the rear of my falcon eb series 2 station wagon?

i have had my rear and front pads replaced and found out that my rear calipers are seizing up i had them replaced with new ones.
i am still getting a burning smell but only after a good days of driving and sometimes there is a noise when im about to come to a complete stop and just after when i accelerate after coming to a complete stop.
so whats happening now?
