EA Ghias / EB2 Ghias - Ford Forums

Someone mentioned in an earlier post that an EB2 fairmont had the same equiptment as an EA fairmont ghia! It made me thinking... what is the additions to the EB2/ED ghias from the standard fairmonts? I know the ghia's had leather seats and some woodgrain inserts but is that it?

Well at the time the Ghias were positioned as more luxury-sports oriented models, and I think they had sportier suspension settings. Features like self-levelling rear suspension and a leather-wrapped steering wheel were never seen on the base EB-ED Fairmont, and until the LSD was dropped from the Ghia (with the EF I I think, until the EF II) it too was an exclusive feature.
