Ed Gas Conversion

im thinking of keeping my ED and making it a bit of a project. To cut back on fuel costs im thinking of converting to gas if it isnt too expensive...What is a rough price that this costs??

Cheers

Re: Ed Gas Conversion

With the current government rebate on gas conversions, the minimum charge will be $2000
:) :)

Re: Ed Gas Conversion

LPG Australia
LPG Autogas Australia

Depends on your state, but for Western Australia:
$2000 fed government rebate ($1000 for new cars)
$1000 state government rebate
for a total of $3000 rebate, collected after the conversion, and the car has gone over the pits.

$2800 to $3000 for a 2nd gen aspirated system or $4000 to $5500 for a 4th gen vapour injection system. Plus $100 for an upper resiviour kit.

If anyone tells you there is a wait longer than 3 months, laugh at them, and look elsewhere. I had a 6 =day= waiting period for my conversion.
