Does anyone know of someone decent to retune my EEC-V or fit and tune an aftermarket computer to suit my extensively modified V8 windsor ????
In or around Sydney.
Anyone who will beable to confidently get the most out of my donk.
As blueoval said, look at the unichips. They are no where near as good as the tweecer or eectuner, but do support the EEC-V. People are working on EECV support for the tweecer and eectuner but until they crack it, you are stuck with the unichip or aftermarket eec setup.
Re: EEC tuning or Aftermarket computer installation
So with the EEC V Tweecer they are coming soon!!! I am in the market in the next couple of months to get a Unichip fitted here in Brissy, so I just wanted to see the differences once they come out?

Re: EEC tuning or Aftermarket computer installation
Some guys in the States run eec 4 for engine only.[On eecv equiped cars]So I guess could be used here if you wanted??
That way the TwEECer / tuner can be used now, would require some pin swapping etc...

Thanx guys.
I'm planning on throwing my donk in the car in a few weeks. I think I'll get it running with the standard ECU to start with, then hopefully the twEECer wont be too far off to suit my EF, as I've done a little bit of research on these and they definately sound like a good option. If not then I'll definately be looking for aftermarket rather than a chip so it gives me a little flexibiliy to should I decide to tweek the donk a little more.
Could someone please let me know when they finally crack the EEC V with a dizzy for a twEECer !
Thanx again.
