i wanna put a sports wheel in my ef whats the best way to get around the airbag

You carnt.. simple as that... Air bag is a roadworthy item on youre car.... No boss kits will fit the EF sterring coulum....

If you were REALY dodgy.... and i mean really dodgy.... you could place an ED colum in it, but .. who could be bothered with all that just for a wanky looking wheel

And im not even sure if it would fit

there was a place in Adelaide that were wrapping the original wheels in leather with coloured sections too if you liked.

Can anyone PLEASE explain this or how to fix it. my EF beeps 5 bursts of 5 every time i starT the car and every 40 minutes after that.

The only time EFs give you an audible warning in the airbag system (5 sets of 5 beeps) is when there's a problem with the airbag indicator light. So the first thing I would do is to confirm that there is NO airbag light when you turn the ignition on (it should prove out for a few seconds and then go away). If so, remove the instrument cluster and check the globe. You'll probably find that it's either blown or not there at all, which could indicate that there's a fault in the system and someone removed the globe because they didn't wanna know about it. Once you get the globe working it will probably flash a code but the audible warning will be gone. Let us know how you go. cheers
