I think this sort of thing has been on here before.
The problem lies in the quality of LPG available.
Simplest solution i saw was a simple 'blow off' valve so if it did it again, the valve would open and your air tube or air box would be saved.
This is a huge problem on LPG patrols, they really seem to suffer.
I don't know who mooted it, but i certainly saw it in these forums...try in General Tech.
