EF EECIV EMF Comp 4DCG

I've recently discovered that my '94 fairmont 3.23 ecu has been replaced with a 6/96 EMF 4DCG. I can find any info on this catch code any info on it?
& MFSW 1.03 ?? (does this mean it has been upgraded?)

May have the latest revision of the EF programming but the changes would be minimal if anything. MFSW 1.03 would probably refer to the EMF testing proceedure.
