EF help
hi i have a manual 6cyl 95 ef fairmont ghia and when i start it up the rpm goes all over the place it starts at 1000 then if you tap the accelerator it goes up to 3000 but wont come back down and starts climbing higher. it was working fine till my g/f took it through the car was so i dont know if sumthing might of got wet or not??
ive checked the accelerator cable and seems to be returning fine so was thinking it might be inside the throttle body or a sensor?
anyhelp would be great thanks
