Hello,

A friend is fitting an EF inlet manifold to an EB, but the ECU doesnt run the valve to switch the short / long manifold. Is there an easy fix ? I was going to build an electronic box to do this, at around 2000 RPM. Any idea's ?

Not worth the trouble unless u run the EL ECU.
the eb computer tune is way off with that style intake.
is ur EB a series 2?

think the rpm change over is about 3800, you can rig up an rpm switch....available on ebay sometimes. tune will be a bit out.

You will find a tech doco on fordmods.com about the BBM conversion, if it wasn't a worth while mod then why is it still used on the FG's (EF-FG)
