I have come across a written off el xr8 svo I intend in buying it for the aftermarket exhaust for my sprint, the engine has 100k on the clock does anyone know what this would be worth?

True but these SVO have Ford SVO Motorsport parts in em !!! I think they had an ad with all 3 cars in it. XR8 Falcon, Fairmont Ghia and a Fairlane !!! Someone in New Zealand was also doing something similar as well at that particular time.

Alan Sykes at Southside Ford, at the Gabba headed them up. Was about 15 built I racall. There was 2 tunes from memory, a 195 and a 215kw. Basically heads, usually alloys, inlet manifold and mafs, injectors, just the usual stuff.
they had an interesting body kit, a mix of ELXR and ELGT, with a unique rear wing.
They had SVO on the guages, which were white faces, and thats about it I recall.

If the gauges are the same style as in the EL XR6/8's then I'd be interested in them....would like white faced gauges.
