hey, is between 15-16l/100km about right for an ED XR6 auto, going on the 68L tank it should give me about...450km to the tank, cheers

Yeah, thats about right.They didnt have the best fuel economy.

I can do that, if not 14l/100km in my 250 XY, around town, so i'd like to think you should be able to do better

yeh i was thinkin it was about right if not a little heavy, i am thinking about converting it 2 manual but am unsure about the overall cost in doing it

I have two EL's
the auto driven easily uses 13.5 around town /100 k
the turbo uses in the same condtions athe same , stamp on them and the turbo jums to 27 Litres / .100k :)
maybe you need to drive a little lighter ? and change the air filter ?

yeh, i beleive its abit high, i do try and drive only lightly and try not 2 go on and off the gas all da time, would the air filter have a large impact on this? mayb a k&N one might help? cheers
