this is a pretty common question at the moment. Ive been looking around and never seen them i would say there will be some in the future but for now im going out on a limb and sayng that no one makes them at the moment.

Maybe you could contact a maufacturer and see if there is some in the pipeline or even if ya really want em get em custom made cost a fortune though.

Be interesting to see what they look like when and if someone does make em

Oh yeah just noticed you asked bout dials too try ebay there is a few ppl doing custom faces at the moment (between 75 and bout 170 bucks) im waiting on some of the $75 at the moment. Will post how good they are when they are in.
