hey everyone, i own a 1997 el falcon and am having some trouble finding second hand rims, i allready no that AU and on falcon wheels do not fit due to offset differences, i have tryed multi-stud holden rims wich fit on the back no drama's but on the front scrape on the top ball joint of the suspension and the centre caps will not fit due to the bearings protruding out to far, i thought spacers might be the go but by the look's of it they will need to be about 25-30mm not sure if this is safe or not, and have no idea were to get them, if any one can help me it will be greatly apreciated

Just get spacers, heaps of people (even my self at one stage) use spacers with no problems. they are about $50 each.

try the wreckers or Ebay...got my DA LTD rims from one of my local wreckers and got my new 16" Fairlane Concorde rims from Ebay...just have some patience also try Canterbury Wheels and Tyres they have second hand Ford rims from time to time

Just so you know, wheel spacers are illegeal to be fitted and driven on the road. Not saying dont do it. Just letting you know.

For new rims, look up CSA Direct - Home they have a limited range of pre AU wheels for Falcons, but I've just brought some CSA "Edge" wheels for My XH Falcon Panelvan. Cool Rims, 18"x8" from them they're Aussie based and the site has a fitment guide as well as telling you offsets, pcd, and which fits what, for many makes and models. Even where to get them. Good Luck.
