Im needing to buy another cat for zeakil as the other one has been blown apart .There was a rattling noise coming from under her and the ceramic insides were disintigrated.The question is should i replace it with a high flow ,she has a terrible overfueling problem,running to rich.The amount of black smoke is incredible,i reved her once and she became the bat mobile blowing flames.Ive taken the cat off and it isnt a standard ,the neck is so short ,she has a redback 2.5 exhaust.

The engine has been rebuilt about 20,000km ago and had the works done to it. Moly rings/high compression pistons/bored 20thou/double valve springs/huge stage 5 waggot camshaft with venier timing gear.

New Redback 2 1/2" Exhaust

The ECU is run by a custom chiptorque chip to control the large camshaft. 16" Thermo fan and it also has a 3.08 LSD with 28 spline axels

A high flow will certainly have it's advantages. I'd go for that.

However you don't mention your extractors.
