Re: How hard is it to install a trip computer?

I put one in my GLi the other day.
a wire has to be added from the cluster to the trip computer, and 2 wires need to be tapped into @ from the demister button etc.

there is info on fordmods.com

Re: How hard is it to install a trip computer?

John, if youve got the details of how to do it, write it up and put it on here somewhere. Not so long ago people were asking for tech doco's on how to add these, do the MPFI conversion, add thermos etc, so its a start.

One thing i never liked about the fordmods ones was that they were sometimes very hard to follow - they'd say one thing then go off topic for a bit, then you'd be a bit do i do now?!. But thats not to say they werent VERY useful.
