i need to know how many bolts are used to mount a towbar on an Ea? where are they found and do i need to remove the rear bumper bar to do it. any help would be appreciated

6 bolts. 2 at the font of the boot which has a steel plate and 4 in the rear panel with a steel plate. You do need to remove the bumper to get at the 4 rear bolts.

do i need to drill holes? coz ive got a MDF floor in my boot will it be a pain in the ass to fit? or are there factory holes

the holes are there fro factory but are covered ith tape and paint if the car wasn't fitted with a tow bar from factory

oh and once you have the bumper off they are easy as to fit.

so u rekon rip the rear bar off?

yes u have to take the bumper off. dont forget the 3 screws on each side on the wheel arch end of the bumper if that makes sence
