Our EA is back with a vengeance, after a small fortune was paid out (prolly could've bought another one!). Got 2nd hand ED engine (done 136000km), 15" mags with new tread all round, new locks for ignition, doors and boot (all locksmith-ied), bonnet struts, brake unseized and completely fixed (back right was locked on), and rear view mirror attached by a professional (thank god, the bloody thing kept falling off). Oh and got a rear louvre thrown in because I want to save the children and the rear speakers from melting this summer.
Tomorrow it goes for rego... I can't wait! I drove it back from the wreckers (didn't get caught driving it unrego'd) and it is about to get a wash, polish and vacuum for being such a GOOD car :)
SO let us all join hands and do Blur Song No. 2.... WOO HOO!
And is there a drive going on sometime I can join??? :)

It goes well actually, feels so stong and powerful, although I have my suspicions about that back right brake still. I will check it out this week.
The louvre is the exterior type, blocks so much sun! :)
I feel so much safer in the EA, it has soooo much space. For the past few months the whole family (me, 3 kids, and on weekends, hubby) have been cramming into my little Rolla...
