Launching off the line??

Hi guys...
I got an ef 95 six, and have done some substantial mods to it, Dev5 Cam and head work, extractors, full 2 1/5 inch exhaust, cool air induction, unichip'd...

But even with all this work it still is clumsy off the line. Does anyone have suggestions on wat i can do to get a better launch??

iv seen JMM have a stall converter that claims to get the car to stall up to 3100rpm, but is this a good option. Or are there better ones?

Re: Launching off the line??

Some people have achieved good results using a high-stall and decent diff gears (3.9+) but thats mostly with Windsors. Personally on a I6 with a Dev 5, I'd go for a manual conversion unless you've spent any sort of $$$ doing up the auto already.
