gday lads been a long time since i been on this site, but story goes, had bout 10 cars so far, 3rd car was a ea spak 5spd did a few mods here and there, best car i owned, blew up 3rd gear on state of origin night droppin the clutch out of a corner, lost 3rd then the gearbox shit itself, cost of a recoed t5 was more than the car. sitting back now pondering, and im looking at car mags with 4.0lts making excess of 500hp+ turboed on got me thinking, whats cooler than an old falcoon sleeper style with some serious power, so im open to options, opinions, suggestions and whatever feedback u guys have got or done to how i should go bout choosing a car,i sorta wanna keep ea to probably ed maybe el/f, i know there all disc brake which is good, guess the 4lt is better than 3.9,auto or manual?, i guess 4spd auto personally, wanna know bout eevIV and V, know the AU head flows best, know the el/f snail manifold goes alright, i dont need a running car just a roller, found a few on ebay, am i best off starting with an au block and head??? have the money, materials, skills, time just need a bit of guidance with the best starting point, ive been reading turbotranas 600+ed falcon and i cant ****in wait. any help will be awesome and i look forward to sharing and showing the developments. cheers.
