Figured out my stalling problem came down to a dodgy MAP Sensor in my EA Series 2 (89).

Just wondering how much they cost and where they are available (in the sydney area prefereably), already tried robbo's, repco and auto-one - Repco wanted $150 for the wee little unit and I reckon that was a bit dear, has anyone had to replace thier MAP sensor before and know where they are good to get?

bugger me. Who did you talk to about that? Repco as well? Was wondering if there is anywhere I can get it cheaper - maybe pick and payless... I dunno...

Any help on this issue is greatll appreciated.

When I had my EA, I got one from the local wreckers for $15, buggar paying $150 for a new one!

Just went to pick and payless, got a working MAP sensor for $20 and a working ECU for $40. Rippa.
