roll Most annoying feature/option in the e-series cars..

I came about this thread when i finished detailing the interior of my car. In my opinion, the most annoying thing in my car would have to be the ashtray in my EF. The way ford have engineered the brackets to hold the ashtray, is stupid.

I am still trying to get the thing back into the car properly, and i have even contemplated ripping the front cover off and supergluing it to the dash!

So, what is your pick at ford.. what have they done in their e-series cars that makes you frustrated or mad..

Cheers,
Yagz

the place of the hand brake is the most annoying thing for me.
Why not leave it where it was? I know it's for the bench seats but it's my most annoying feature.

Definately the hand brake on my EB. The centre console where the gearshifter is is also WAY to wide, looks like its from an 81 model falcon, not a 91.

The only problem with the hardbrake is its position makes it harder to rech if u wanna do a handbreaky!
The most annoying thing for me is the petrol cap release button! I forget to press the dam thing all the time! I guess its to stop petrol thieves and sabotours but its easily levered open with a screwdriver!

I would have to say the stupid plastic timing chain guides and hydraulic tensioner! sure it may adjust itself when the chain wears but the guides usually break before that happens! and the bottom one is pointless even putting it on unless u silicone it in place!
Thats my bitch for the day

The most annoying thing is the bloody pillars block the view and the plastic skirting around the seats seems to break on my car to easily.
