My EA was stolen

As the thread title suggests, i no longer have my car.

Was taken from outside my house sometime late tuesday night or early Wednesday morning. I went straight to the cop shop and reported it, to which i was informed that the likly hood of getting it back in a drivable condition, was next to nothing.

Anyways, yesterday afternoon, i got the call, they found it, undrivable, so now i gotta find another car. I find out everything else on monday.

Re: My EA was stolen

Cheers guys.

John, nup, i didnt insure it, didnt think i was worht it. Guess i now know for next time.
The car was taken from out the front of my house, and i had and alarm and immobiliser on it too, so i got no idea how the got into it, let alone got it started. perhaps i left a door unlocked, but i dont think i did. Ohwell, i find out more on monday when i go get the plates etc. I'm praying my stereo is still in it, but thats unlikely.

alarm and immobiliser dont really mean shit to most car thieves. i have an XF that has both of these as well and guess what...i bought it from the auctions as a stolen/recovered car. a mate also has an XF Ghia with alarm and immobiliser and he got it from the auction as stolen recovered as well.

Re: My EA was stolen

Thats how i was thinking, but, why would you steal an EA for cash, they are not worht much on the market anyways, and whilst i did have a stereo in it, it was nothing flash. Ohwell, on to hunting for another car, i reckon ive got just enuf to get EB i hope.
