Guys, did the early EF Fairmonts come with only a steel spair? When did they start getting the alloy spare?

my mates late EF fairont has a BRAND NEW alloy spare with an eagle ga on it.. which i think was factory tyres.. So yes they did have factory alloy spare wheels

My son's 1995 EF Futura has a black steel sprint type spare; I think it was an option at extra cost to have a matching alloy spare.

Ah k, it's just dad's EF 95 Fairmont had an alloy spare, and my EF 94 (Dec.) Fairmont has a steel spare.
