I have an EA Fmnt Ghia (1989) Mpi and I need to know how to open up the ECU. I've already taken it out of the car. I need to remove a silver cover to get to the green board for soldering for a chip that I'm putting in but there's no screws or anything on this silver cover. What do I do??? PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!! :o(

As I recall there is a screw at the opposite end to the plug. Remove this and it should slide off.

Can anyone tell me where the ECU is on a EA EB ED? Is it In the passenger footwell wall behind the left guard?

It was in the XG and it is in my EF as well but i'm not sure if its in the same spot for a EA EB ED Falcon.

Can anyone confirm this?, cheers
