There's probably 1001 ways to do it, but I find it easier if I use a string and slide it between the badge and the other surface. It doesn't damage the badge or scratch the paint.'

probably a bit late but another way is to put masking tape on either side of the badge running the length of it. Then get a plastic paint scraper(similar to the ones you use for bog) and with the paint scraper on the tape push along the lenth of the badge/body mould
