Speaker cover from Door Trim

EF Falcon GLI.

Want to work on Front door trims and remove speaker grill from door trim and respray a different colour. Nitro Blue

See images.

How does one remove the speaker grill without breaking it so I can put back in later?

Do not want to break as they are hard to find in good shape at wreckers.

Looks like you will have to leave in situ and mask round about them .

in 2nd photo the plastic studs on the rear of panel.
not sure if they can be removed and re inserted
Will check it out when I get a chance

Looks like plastic rivets , may need replacing .
