i was wondering if anhyone else has fitted thermo fans to there falcon using a david craig auto on set up and has managed to get the copper part fit in the top hose with out it leaking at all. no matter what i try i can't get a good seal help me!

Yep I ran one for a long time and never had any issues. I used silicon gasket maker (ultra blue/black/copper) to seal where the sensor enters the top radiator hose. You can also use the rubber part that comes with the sensor along with the silicon but it is not needed, just put lots of silicon around the radiator pipe and copper sensor tube, clamp the radiator hose on and leave it to dry preferably overnight before running.

iagree go easy on it tho just in case u have to get the hose of in the future
