confused toyota 5 speed

just out of curiosity has anyone ever put one of these boxes behind an i6?

mmm...I've heard complaints...but that was a celica box behind a big v8. There are several different types you can get (4 total I think) with a variety of ratios, but there's more to a gearbox conversion than that.
