Tuning / Timing?

Gday people small prob.
I dont no what is wrong its not really serious but i would like to know what the problem is and how easy it would be to fix
when i tromp my car off the line it sorta splutters a bit then goes and is a bit unresponsive, can my timing be out or does the efi need tuning and how can efi go out of tune, btw the economy seems to be fine. 13.9L around town 8.5 on the highway

What is it?
How many K's?
CFI - MPI?
Check cap, rotor, leads, plugs,or just replace them if there old
Use good quality Parts(ford)

could be lots of thing need to check dizzy cap,rotor and dizzy shafr for excesive wear could be wore timing chain and the list goes on
