priced a new clutch fan today and they said it would be 270

i nearly fell over backwards, i though 100 would do it

so i wondered if i would be better if i put twin thermos on it, and wondering if anyone here has done it? and what would be the best kit to get? aftyermarket?,ef,el?, au's?,can i use a 6 cyl one on my v8? any help would be good:)

EF-EL 6 cyl (or 8 cyl) thermos are a good set to get. My local wreckers had a complete set for sale for just under $200. Not the best price, but I've seen worse!

The E-series I6 and V8 cooling systems are pretty much the same.

i bought a new viscous clutch for the ea and it was only 95 dollars,,did your price include the fan as well?
