Re: where to get the uni-chip?

Ignition enhancements?

What car and engine do you have?

What ignition do you have now?

Re: where to get the uni-chip?

Yeah Jonbays are they really worth the money on a standardish sorta car(non opened engine). I'm thinking they're prob not but I'm open to suggestion.

Make the drive to Sydney and get Autotech at Granville to do it. Trust me, it's worth it, you couldn't be in better hands.

Re: where to get the uni-chip?

Find out their level of commitment to you, should your unichip fail. Mine failed within 9 months and Herrods and the Qld dealer were less then interested in my plight.

Re: where to get the uni-chip?

yeah, APS in canberra said they give a 12 month warrenty if anything goes wrong, and the guy I spoke to seems pretty keen to please, so I might try them. he quoted me something like $1250 for the unichip installed, how does this compare with prices in sydney?

Re: where to get the uni-chip?

Thats about right for it all fitted. A few people here scored them a bit cheaper due to attending the APS Forum day.
