Re: Who's EA - ED is hard to fill with fuel?

i was thinking about it today and it only really started to happen after the car was T boned, it used to fill nicely.

perhaps the breather was damaged by the hit

Re: Who's EA - ED is hard to fill with fuel?

my 93 eb 2 never realy have a prob mabe once a month might have a bit of truble i just put it down to the pump. i often wonder if thease pumps r checked and if we do get our value for money with fuel or if they just rip us off like who of us ever checks them .

right amount of fuel for our money

just on that note i have 30th ann stationwagon with a 72lt tank but on several occasions and at different servos (big and small companies) I have been able to put in at least 78 to at least 85 litres into a single fill. i have posted a thread a while ago about this topic, but didn't seem to get any where.
sorry about hi-jacking this thread

Re: Who's EA - ED is hard to fill with fuel?

Mine's a problem unless I pull the nozzle halfway out. Then it's fine.

Re: Who's EA - ED is hard to fill with fuel?

i find mine varies from servo to servo. I've had up to 74 litre fill... the computer was telling me that i had run out of fuel... about 2kms from the nearest fuel station... made it though.

I'll tell you, that was a stressful few mins....
