This just came to thought today. Perhaps if the breather hose had a low point and had fuel in it that would cause problems?
Say the breather hose wasn't sitting properly and had slipped down the back of the tank slightly? That would trap fuel in the line especially after fillig it to the brim.... Might be worth me investigating.
Yep, mine's 50/50, depends on the bowser I spose. It really shits me when every two seconds it clicks as if it's full... And then you never really know when your tank is "full" (unless you're smart and do some maths before filling... ie kms from the last tank, and how much fuel was put in the last tank), but I'm not that thoughtful.
Check your fuel filler neck and see if the little flap is still in the restrictor neck
I ha ve seen this twice now. If the flap is dislodged(syphon hose Stuck) it falls down and gets stuck in 5 the tube Making filling Very Slow
FIX--New tank
Hope i was of help
I find that if I run mine real low on fuel, as in less than a litre in the tank, it clicks alot and takes ages to fill up (maybe the pressure builds up or some sort of technical garble!). Its bad news running fuel tanks so low anyway, so I generally fill mine up when it gets to the 1/4 mark.
I have no problem getting the fuel in, but my Gas Connection gets in the way of the bowser nozzle, so much that i have to unscrew the cap on the gas to get petrol nozzle in..
